But that somehow works, partially because it's examining religion, and how religion/gods are formed. But it only works because of how it's handled, and because the hero still has to work at things.

It's a series I want to revisit later this year and write about that aspect of things on this blog.Dancing With Feyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03493553137383118631noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2312373062948856557.post-84055178921705049092013-02-14T00:27:00.282-08:002013-02-14T00:27:00.282-08:00There's not much point if the characters win t...There's not much point if the characters win the fight without any real effort.Dancing With Feyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03493553137383118631noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2312373062948856557.post-41020770553913560612013-02-13T20:40:54.202-08:002013-02-13T20:40:54.202-08:00One of the things I love most about Jim Butcher is...One of the things I love most about Jim Butcher is that his characters never get too big for their own pants. I get tired of (and annoyed by) characters who start as a bit special and by the third book in their series are close to godhood.

Magaly Guerrerohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18295455026184103230noreply@blogger.com
